Project at ASP Krakow, the brief was to interpret light and shadow. I chose to play around with a fine structured net, seeing what sort of shadows it would cast when overlapped and bent. Stepping back, I analysed the shape the net formed as it cast these shadows. Ultimately, this exploration led to the design of an inhabitable structure inspired by the net. Crafted from a perforated steel sheet featuring a custom gradient of varying holes that get stretched along the bends, all supported by a steel rod.
